Un message personnel de Noël

Je suis catholique alors Noël revêt une signification particulière pour moi.

J’aimerais partager avec vous une petite prière que j’aime réciter chaque jour pour me préparer à l’arrivée de notre Sauveur :

Comme un veilleur attend l’aurore,
Seigneur Jésus, je veux rester éveillée et prier en attendant votre venue.
Vous êtes béni, Seigneur, pour cette nouvelle journée.
Que votre joie m’accompagne à chaque instant.
Aidez-moi à trouver des paroles qui répandent la joie autour moi.

Un “veilleur” est une personne qui reste éveillée. C’est une personne qui ne dort pas, pendant la nuit, pour surveiller ou attendre quelque chose.

“L’aurore” désigne le lever du soleil, le début d’un nouveau jour. Un synonyme du mot “aurore” est le mot “aube”.

Cette prière évoque l’attente vigilante et pleine d’espoir de l’arrivée du Christ. Cette arrivée est comparée à l’aurore ou à l’aube d’un jour nouveau.

As we wrap up this year’s final newsletter, my Dear Man & I want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and dedication throughout 2024.

Thanks to you, our community has grown, and we’ve been able to spread the joy of French acquisition far and wide. Your enthusiasm and engagement have been truly inspiring.

My dear husband and I will now take a short break to celebrate Christmas with our loved ones.

We look forward to reconnecting with you all in the new year, 2025, refreshed and ready for new French adventures.
