As a French teacher, I often hear from my eager French learners who are determined to speak the language. They’re excited to start having conversations in French, but they quickly run into a problem: they struggle to maintain a conversation, they freeze.

I am back from Pau where we had an absolutely amazing week with my sister, Astrid! We enjoyed hanging around the many pedestrian areas, admiring the breathtaking view of the snow-capped Pyrenees mountains, and indulging in delicious food and drinks.
