Absolutely the best, most enjoyable way to learn French! The authenticity and personal attention and encouraging community are wonderful, especially for someone who finally wants to become conversational. I hadn’t taken a French class in 40 years and am loving it!

Love learning thru stories. I find it seems to work well and makes sense as a learning method.

I studied french in school for 10 years in Canada, and also did a summer language exchange at Universite Laval but was never able to get the language to click. Working through these videos (I started right at the beginning) has been so helpful to consolidate the grammar and vocabulary that I learned academically but couldn’t put together.

So pleased to have found the Alice Ayel site on LingQ. I have been struggling to learn french for years but can’t seem to get beyond A2/B1 with traditional methods. It makes so much sense to learn a new language in the same way that we learn our first.
