First of all, congratulations ! As we say in French « Félicitations ! ». You have now completed the Baby Stage. This is the start of your French journey.

The Password is BabyStageYou don’t have to speak French yet. You can speak in any language you want !
What can you do in French now ?
You are now able to comprehend stories which include the most frequent French words and structures used in everyday conversations. You have started to build a strong foundation and you can understand important messages in French.
But langage acquisition is a gradual process. Each time you see or hear a new word or expression in a comprehensible context, a small part of it is acquired. With a sufficient amount of input, however, this small increase is enough to lead to substantial acquisition.
Remember you are still a « baby » in the journey. So it is normal if you are not able to speak yet. Babies don’t speak, they LISTEN. They they start to say some words, then sentences. But FIRST, they observe and listen a lot. That is why, you still need to observe and listen.
It is not necessary to make sure that certain grammar and vocabulary are learned. Rich and abundant comprehensible input will always include a sufficient quantity of new, unacquired language that you are ready to acquire.
What is the next step?
Continue to listen and read French everyday (if you can). On the membership homepage, you can choose to listen to and read

> infant stories https://www.aliceayel.com/?s=infantstories&post_type=resources.When you listen to and read a story, follow the 5 fingers rule. Put one finger up for each word you don’t know. If you have more than 3 fingers up, that means the story is probably too challenging for you still. So try another story. Remember, it should be a JOYFUL experience, NOT a chore ! Choose stories you enjoy, you are interested in.
We are now in the process of designing the infant stage. Once it is ready, you can start !
The more you hear French, the more you understand, the more you acquire French.
Sit comfortably, listen, read, try to understand, ENJOY.

Oui, @mrothschild, je comprends. Vous avez d’abord besoin d’écouter du contenu compréhensible puis plus tard vous serez capale de regarder des séries françaises.
I think the link doesn’t work anymore. Either way Je suis trés hereuse pour finnir la Baby Stage. Cettes lessons sont amusants et interesants. Mes favorites histoires sont les histoires avec Aspirine et Biscuit!

Je m’appelle Hanneke et je viens d’ hollande. Nous avons une petite maison en France (morvan). Je veux parle avec ma voisine et mon voisin francais. Tout les jours j’ecoute tes histoires et je suis content.
Thank you so much for your lessons. I realy enjoy listening french. Everyday i tryout the new words -I have learnd by listening to the storys- with my lovely french neighbour. I love the expression ‘tu me manques’.
